We value fresh local ingredients and use them whenever possible. Our eggs come from Latta's Egg Ranch in Hillsborough and goat cheeses from Celebrity Dairy in Siler City, Grits from Carolina Grits and Co. Menu items are prepared with fresh produce from Blue Sky Farms in Wendell. We have partnered with Muddy Dog Roasting Company in Morrisville to serve coffee made from the best roasted coffee beans.

Her heavy vibrato, improvisation, and interpretation of melody is quite reminiscent of the great vocal jazz and gospel stylists of the 50s and 60s. "It's no secret that I have tried to pattern myself after Sarah Vaughan. She had an amazing range and such beautiful vibrato."

Bo is an award winning songwriter who has written hundreds of compositions and a film score.  He has jammed with Bob Weir and is renowned for his creative rhythmic altered tunings and harmonica stylings.

This talented duo plays many styles of music including classical, jazz and rock/pop. They are also part of a string quartet and have recorded and performed in local orchestras.  Hollis Brown and Kaitlin Wolfberg are both teachers at Explore!.

Michael Sedito is a full time musician and a teacher at Explore! in Cary and Raleigh. He plays anything from Beatles to Chilli Peppers to Johnny Cash!  He plays guitar, bass, and sings in 2 local bands.

Michelle Cobley, a recent graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston, will be providing harp music for the evening. While she enjoys classical and celtic music, she strives to help bring the harp into the 21'st century with contemporary and jazz genres.

Laurie performs stylized versions of standard jazz and pop tunes.  She also plays for parties and weddings with her band Kings Kompany and as a duo with violinist Nancy Plante, featuring Celtic and Classical music.

The New Crawlin Kings
Local teens Micah and Jake Drengler, Alex Travers and Warren Sharp put together their muscial talents in order to share some music with you.  Get ready for some blues, jazz, funk and all around fun music from likes of the Beatles and Johnny Cash. These local artists will entertain us with guitars, keyboards and drums.

Tom is a highly regarded guitar instructor and accomplished writer and producer.  He has 25 years of teaching and playing the guitar in many different styles of bands and orchestras, including jazz , rock, pop and world genres.

Tom plays 70's and more guitar and sings.  He is a music teacher at Cary Elementary.  Sure to be an enjoyable evening.   Come experience our newest entertainer.
